The EVDANCE 40A Level 2 home EV charger uses 240V power to deliver faster overnight charging, making it a better choice for daily commuting, family use, and reliable home EV charging.

Is this EVDANCE charger compatible with my car?

This version features a J1772 connector for Level 2 AC charging, making it compatible with most non-Tesla EVs and CCS-equipped vehicles in North America. If your EV uses a Tesla/NACS port, use a J1772-to-NACS adapter or choose the Tesla/NACS version.

What outlet do I need?

This charger is designed for a NEMA 14-50 outlet on a properly installed dedicated circuit. For safe Level 2 home EV charging, the outlet and electrical setup should meet local electrical code requirements.

Can I install it myself?

If you already have a properly installed NEMA 14-50 outlet, this plug-in wall-mounted EV charger can be mounted and plugged in without changing your home circuit. If you need a new outlet, circuit upgrade, or are unsure about your panel capacity, consult a licensed electrician.
